Meet the Team

Lynn Cohen

Lynn has been in real estate since 1997.  She was recruited to leadership roles in 2003 and spent the last 10 years teaching agents best real estate practices as the Team Leader of the Keller Williams Chestnut Hill office.  Her responsibilities included coaching the agents in the office. She “retired” in December 2019 and now is coaching clients in real estate and related industries.  Lynn still teaches negotiation skills to Keller Williams agents throughout New England.

In real life, Lynn is married with 4 children and 8 grandchildren. She is active in her Temple and other service organizations.

Annette Reynolds

Annette has a long history of entrepreneurship, culminating with a successful real estate career 15 years ago.  Annette has also served for the past several years as a coach and training in a real estate office–working as the productivity coach and teaching new licensees to succeed in the real estate business.  She is the tech geek for Team Impressa and manages our marketing and transaction coordination in addition to being a savvy agent with years of experience.

For about 15 years Annette was the owner of the 128 Innovation Capital Group, a networking group for entrepreneurs and investors. She continues to mentor entrepreneurs at EforAll and works with a number of the non-profit agencies where she lives. Annette is married with 3 sons and 4 grandchildren.

Our Training and Philosophy

Lynn and Annette, the Principals of Team Impressa bring different skills to their partnership, but are successful because of their shared vision. Their primary objective is to train and empower those they work with —  real estate and mortgage professionals, entrepreneurs and anyone who wishes to improve their lives, but are unclear of how to move forward. Additionally, they maintain a high level of integrity in all they do. They don’t cut corners for expediency and do everything “by the book.”

Both women are highly trained coaches, which enables them to help their clients and associates define and clarify their objectives and then achieve them. They both have attended intensive Coaching Skills Camps during their time at Keller Williams Realty. They also attended a Coach Training Intensive with the CAPP Institute and enrolled and completed a 6-month Professional and Executive Coaching program.

They value their relationships with others, both within and without the real estate industry. They love when  clients respond to their social media posts, when they receive holiday cards from them and especially when they ask for help with a real estate question or issue.

Our primary focus is always our clients and their needs. We get great joy in helping them achieve their dreams.
